At The REC, you can find activities for all the family! From martial arts to yoga and fitness classes, there's something for everyone.
The REC is also the home of City Gongfu KIDS, Bristol's 5 star rated children's martial arts club based in Clifton and Horfield.
Class Timetable at The REC
